Cloverleaf Plate

• The plates is contoured during manufacturing to approximate the eventual fracture site, allowing fine adjustments to be made in the theatre.
• Buttress plate designed to sit on the medial aspect of the distal tibia.
• Thinner, low-profile head (1.3 mm) for easy contouring or cutting, if needed.
• The plate has a frontal wing which allows fixation to the medial malleous. Can also be modified by having this frontal wing cut of which allows it use on the anterior plane of distal tibia It should be bend pre-operatively to accurately match the contours of the segment of the bone to be fixed
• oval hole allows for temporary fixation of the plate prior to final adjustment and fixation.
• Plates available with 3,4 & 5 holes.

Screw to be used: These plates are fixed by both cortical and cancellous screws, Head of plate accepts a Ø 4.0 mm small cancellous screws, plate shaft accepts Ø4,5 mm. cortical screws.
